Herbert Hoover Elementary School teacher awarded March ‘One Class At A Time’

Mrs. Janna Jess was selected as KESQ’s One Class At A Time winner for the month of March. Jess plans on using the $500 award, sponsored by Walter Clark Legal Group, to buy classroom books for her class.
