N Indian Canyon remains closed due to drifting sand
The Palm Springs Police Department announced North Indian Canyon was closed to all traffic yet again Tuesday evening due to winds and sand pile-up.
The major traffic route between Interstate 10 and the city of Palm Springs remained closed Thursday morning from Tramview Road to Garnet Road.
According to News Channel 3’s Chief Meteorologist Haley Clawson, winds will be exceeding speeds of 30 MPH in the Coachella Valley.
