Officials: No coronavirus patients at JFK Memorial Hospital

JFK Memorial Hospital and County health officials have confirmed there are no patients that tested positive for the coronavirus at the hospital.

This was in response to a rumor that has spread through social media.

"JFK Hospital is a definitive NO on a case of Corona Virus in Indio," officials told News Channel 3.

Todd Burke, California Communications Director for Tenet Healthcare, also confirmed these rumors are "incorrect."

The map that collects data from the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the World Health Organization, the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control, the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention and the Chinese website DXY.

The County's coronavirus hotline is available for any questions about the virus. Hours are subject to change, however, for this week, the hotline will be available from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
