Traffic on the eastbound Interstate 10 after crash near Cook Street

An accident on Interstate 10 and Cook Street has left traffic backed up all the way to Date Palm Drive.

The crash was initially reported at 3:12 p.m. near the Cook Street exit.

Details on the crash are limited at this time. CHP did confirm that at least one person suffered minor injuries.

As of 4:40 p.m., traffic has begun to flow as clean appears to be wrapping up.
