Glitch Bar & Arcade in downtown Palm Springs closing down

GLITCH

A little over 7 months since its grand opening, Glitch Palm Springs will be closing down for good.

Glitch hoped to bring a little nostalgia to the Palm Springs, mixing a family-friendly restaurant, with a trendy bar, and an old school arcade. The business was located right across the street from Tucan's on North Palm Canyon Drive and was opened in July 2019

Our very own Jake Ingrassia was out live at the Grand Opening on July 19, 2019.

On a Facebook post, Glitch's management cited "astronomical rent" and "outrageous demands" that made owning a business "impossible here."

Management mentioned that Glitch may not be entirely gone, but unfortunately for retro game fans of the Coachella Valley, the new location may be Los Angeles.
