The Riverside County Sheriff's Department detained suspects found with a vehicle reported stolen at the Bermuda Dunes Country Club Tuesday night.

According to the Sheriff's Department, deputies were originally dispatched to respond to a "disturb the peace call" on the 79000 block of 4 Paths Lane in Bermuda Dunes at approximately 5:54 p.m.

Deputies arrived and located the suspects. A stolen truck was parked in the driveway and two suspects fled inside the residence.

A search ensued, with a helicopter and canines called in to assist. Various residents around the area, even as far away as La Quinta, reported seeing the helicopter.

Eventually, deputies were able to find and detail David Baker, 43, of Bermuda Dunes, in the backyard.

Deputies searched the residence and reported finding over 13 ounces of suspected heroin.
