New company delivers boxes of fresh, locally grown produce to your door

A local date farmer and a local restaurant owner have teamed up to deliver fresh, locally grown produce to your door. It’s all part of a new company called Coachella Valley Harvest Box.

It started when Mark Tadros of Aziz Date Farm and Tony Marchese of Trio restaurant and AC3 restaurant + bar started talking about how the local farmers have an abundance of produce because of what’s happening with the pandemic. They teamed up to create “Coachella Valley Harvest Box.” The company sources produce grown right here in the Coachella Valley.

They assemble fresh produce boxes that can be ordered online and then delivered to your doorstep. They also help people who have been furloughed or laid off recently by hiring them as drivers to make deliveries. Every week the boxes change products for what’s available and fresh that week.

You can get more info by visiting cvharvestbox.com or by emailing them at:  info@cvharvestbox.com.

If you make an order online, you can use promo code KESQ to receive 10% off your first order.
