Man airlifted with serious injuries after falling off of a horse in Aguanga
A man suffered serious injuries after falling off a horse in Aguanga Monday afternoon.
The incident happened at approximately 3:27 p.m. on the 41700 block of Saddleback Drive.
Cal Fire described the man as an "elderly male" however his exact age was not revealed. The man was airlifted to an area hospital.
