Three people ejected in Indio crash
Three people were hospitalized in critical condition after two cars collided in Indio, at the intersection of Avenue 48 and Calhoun Street at 9:05 Thursday night.
A Honda collided with pick-up truck, leaving the truck overturned, according to police.
The pick-up truck driver was evaluated for driving under the influence at the scene.
Officials say the intersection would remain partially closed, with traffic redirected until 2:00 Friday morning as the investigation continues.
