Indio Border Patrol agents arrest Chinese nationals found with thousands of gift cards, fake drivers licenses
Indio area Border Patrol agents arrested five Chinese nationals during a checkpoint inspection, USBP Chief Patrol Agent Gregory K. Bovino announced on Thursday.
Bovino wrote on social media that agents discovered thousands of gift cards, merchandise & 23 fake Pennsylvania driver's licenses.
He added that three of the five Chinese nationals arrested were Asylum Seekers awaiting their hearings.
