Superbowl Sunday in the valley

Whether you are rooting for the San Francisco 49ers, the Kansas City Chiefs, or the Usher Concert for the halftime show, there is a place to celebrate on game day in the valley.

Residents in La Quinta, we spoke to say get to any bar early if you want a seat. Some expressed their love for football and said they would be at Beer Hunters off Highway 111 and Washington.

Some residents in Palm Springs expect a line outside of the Impala Bar and Grill, where they have a TV wall showing the game.

If you are in Rancho Mirage, some employees at the Dave & Busters tell us they are expecting a busy crowd since there are multiple screens and tons of extra activities to do while enjoying the Superbowl.

Visit Great Palm Springs has a list of places you can go, including the casinos' viewing parties. Some viewing parties are free, and some require a fee. The consistent motif is to get where you are going early if you want a seat.

Superbowl Kick-off starts at 3:30 p.m.
