All roads open in Palm Springs, PSPD opens Indian Canyon Friday

Indian Canyon opened at the wash announces Palm Springs Police. All roads at the wash are now open.

Gene Autry is back open at the wash.

There is no word on when Indian Canyon could be back open.

Last week, Palm Springs' city engineer shared updates on bridge projects around the city, including at N Indian Canyon. These bridges are planned to help stop the constant road closures caused by weather issues.

Two road closures were announced early Monday morning on N. Gene Autry Trail and N. Indian Canyon Drive in Palm Springs.

Both closures are due to low visibility from high winds.

North Gene Autry Trail is closed between Salvia Road and Via Escuela.

North Indian Canyon Drive is closed between Sunrise Parkway and Garnet Avenue, bordering the I-10.
