They're calling this the 'Rise Up' rally.

On Friday, demonstrators gathered in Downtown Palm Springs to protest the Trump administration's policies targeting the LGBTQ+ community and other minorities.

The rally started at Frances Stevens Park on the corner of Amado and Palm Canyon Drive with guest speakers and musical performances. A march then followed along Palm Canyon Drive to Arenas Road.

Demonstrators say they'll continue to speak out, no matter how long it takes.
