‘CHiPS for Kids’ toy drive delivers toys to east valley

COACHELLA VALLEY, Calif. (KESQ) - California Highway Patrol will be delivering toys to families in Thermal, Mecca, Oasis and Santa Rosa this morning as part of the CHiPS for Kids holiday toy drive. Deliveries will start at 8 a.m.
