Sound bath offers local reset during national wellness month

PALM DESERT, Calif. (KESQ) - August is National Wellness Month, and one local fitness studio is giving people a chance to slow down and reset with a sound bath.

The experience is happening tonight at 7 p.m. at LYV Fitness in Palm Desert, using sound and vibration to promote relaxation.

There are also other local wellness options and deals available throughout the Valley this summer.

The Marriott Master Key Club costs $30 and gives Coachella Valley residents 30% off eligible experiences at three area Marriott resorts through October 18.
