USC, San Diego State basketball teams to play in 2024 Acrisure Classic

The USC and San Diego State University basketball teams and additional NCAA Division 1 teams will participate in the 2024 Acrisure Classic here in the Coachella Valley, Acrisure Arena officials announced on Monday.

The announcement comes on the heels of the 2023 Acrisure Invitational, which will take place this week at Acrisure Arena. This year's tournament features Michigan State, Arizona, Rio Grande, the University of Hawaii, the University of San Diego, and Arkansas State.

It will be capped off with the Acrisure Classic on Thanksgiving Day. Michigan State Spartans will take on the Arizona Wildcats live on FOX following the Detroit Lions game against the Green Bay Packers.

The Spartans and the Wildcats will tip off at 1:30 p.m. PST. Tickets on sale at Ticketmaster.

Arena officials announced that those who purchase tickets to this year’s Acrisure Classic or Acrisure Invitational presented by Visit Greater Palm Springs and Spotlight 29 Casino will receive first access to the 2024 Acrisure Classic USC v SDSU tickets.
