MEXICO CITY (AP) — In a story published February 14, 2024, about an antitrust case, The Associated Press erroneously reported that Mexican regulators had ordered Amazon and Mercado Libre to take certain steps to increase the potential for competition in online sales. While the regulatory agency used the term “orders” in its report, its findings remain recommendations until they are fully confirmed.
