Firefighters contain vegetation fire in Thermal
Firefighters responded to the scene of a vegetation fire burning in Thermal this afternoon.
According to CalFire, the flames broke out just after 3:00 p.m. on Avenue 69 and Pierce Avenue.
Officials said the fire is estimated to be 4 acres as of around 5:00 p.m.
Firefighters contained the fire just before 7:30 p.m.
