Congressman hoping for quick passage of $2.2 trillion dollar relief plan
Local Rep. Raul Ruiz, M.D. hopes the house will quickly pass the economic stimulus plan Friday by unanimous consent, meaning he would not have to travel back to Washington, D.C. to vote on the bill.
