Thieves steal gate code reader at Woodhaven Country Club
Residents of the Woodhaven Country Club in Palm Desert are asking for the community's help in identifying suspects who stole the card reader at one of the club's gates.
According to the residents, the theft happened last Tuesday at approximately 12:50 a.m. Surveillance cameras caught two suspects unbolting the card reader and taking off with it.
The suspect's vehicle was also caught on camera as they fled the area. A police report was filed, however, deputies told the reporting party the owner of the car moved away from their location and could not be located.
