Police search for suspect who spray-painted a racial slur on a Palm Springs home

The Palm Springs Police Departments is searching for a suspect(s) responsible for vandalizing a home Friday weekend, spray-painting a racial slur over the garage door.

The home is located near the intersection of N Sunrise Way and E Francis Drive. Police say the suspect caused around $800 in damages.

The caretaker of the home spoke with police and filed a hate crime report.
