Four Desert Hot Springs residents arrested after a shooting at Twentynine Palms home

Four Desert Hot Springs residents were arrested after a shooting at a Twentynine Palms home Monday afternoon.

The shooting was reported at around 12:19 p.m. on the 73000 block of El Paseo Drive.

Two 20-year-olds and two 22-year-olds were arrested.

"The suspects traveled from Desert Hot Springs to the victim's Twentynine Palms residence to challenge the residents," writes Detective Crowl of the SBCSD Morongo Basin Station. "An argument transpired in the driveway of the victim's residence, provoking Antonio Gray to fire several gunshots at the female victim."

No one was injured in the shooting, Crowl confirmed.

The suspects fled in their vehicle west on Twentynine Palms Highway in Joshua Tree. Deputies located the vehicle and conducted a felony traffic stop. During a search of the vehicle, deputies located and a loaded handgun in the vehicle.

A 20-year-old man faces charges of attempted murder and conspiracy to commit a crime. He is being held at the West Valley Detention Center on $1.1 million bail.

The three other suspects face accessory charges. They were also booked into the West Valley Detention Center on $600,000 bail.
