Sun Date employee dies from Coronavirus
On April 2, News Channel 3 confirmed that several employees at the SunDate packaging facility in Coachella tested positive for coronavirus.
At the time, we spoke with SunDate management about the cases. A manager said they were aware of two cases and had done a deep cleaning of the facility when they learned of the results.

We are now learning a manager at the facility died this week, family members tell News Channel 3.
