Coachella Valley defeats rival Desert Mirage for first time since 2013 to take DVL title

CV does it!

Coachella Valley rode an early 3-0 lead to down Desert Mirage and take the outright Desert Valley League title.

This was the Mighty Arabs first win over the rival Rams since December, 2013.

"It means a lot for the kids," said head coach Adrian Barragan. "They are the ones on the field and they are the ones that do all the work. So all the credit to them."

"To beat DM at their home and win the DVL it means a lot to me especially for the school, the fans and our team," said senior Juan Urtiz. "One ball, one team, one family!"
