Yucca Valley Trojans fall in overtime against Cerritos Dons in CIF-SS D12 Championship

The storybook Yucca Valley season came to an end Saturday night as the Trojans lose to Cerritos in the CIF Championship game, 19-13, in overtime.

It was a delayed start to the game in front of the Cerritos home crowd due to Thanksgiving holiday traffic.

The Trojans led 7-0 at the half, but the Dons marched a comeback and scored 13 points to send the game to OT.

The Dons converted two 4th downs on their final drive.
