Four local high school football teams came into Friday night and all four still stand. Xavier Prep and Yucca Valley win at home while Coachella Valley and DHS get the win on the road.

In the semifinals Xavier Prep will get another home game against West Covina. Yucca Valley remains at home against Santa Fe. CV and DHS both are back on the road.

Desert Hot Springs is coming off their first-ever playoff win, but there is still food left on the table. The Golden Eagles are soaring into the 2nd Round of CIF-SS and will face Baldwin Park on Friday.
