A cool-down accompanied by humidity underway

Temps will be cooler as we head into the Labor Day weekend, but the humidity is on the rise.

Dew points are well into the 60s and 70s this morning. That won't change much until later into the weekend.

Highs today will top out near 108, which is seasonally normal for the date, but we see even cooler conditions for Labor Day.

A trough of low pressure to our North is steering monsoonal moisture into the region, but will also increase winds later this afternoon and into Friday.

For the bulk of Labor Day weekend, we are expecting highs near 100 or even in the upper 90s!
