Wind Advisory issued December 26 at 11:17PM PST until December 29 at 9:00PM PST by NWS Las Vegas NV

* WHAT…North winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 45 mph expected.
The strongest winds will occur from Katherine Landing to Needles.

* WHERE…Lake Mead National Recreation Area, Lake Havasu and Fort
Mohave, and San Bernardino County-Upper Colorado River Valley.

* WHEN…From 10 AM PST /11 AM MST/ Sunday to 9 PM PST /10 PM MST/
Monday.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Very
rough conditions are expected on Lake Mohave. Strong crosswinds
will affect Highway 163, Highway 68, and Interstate 40.
Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution. Dangerous boating conditions
are expected on Lake Mohave.
