Xochitl Peña discusses the Desert Water Agency’s turf rebate programs

The drought is an ongoing issue we've been talking about for a while now and it's not going away. Xochitl peña with the Desert Water Agency to discuss rebate programs to remove grass and save on water.

On Wednesday, Palm Springs approved a turf rebate program with DWA.
