For some places reaching up to 20° above normal. Warmer conditions will persist through the weekend with a very slight cooling trend into next week.

The mountains will look at temperatures in the 70's. Areas along the coastline in Orange County will see temperatures closer to 80°.
A slight cooling going into next week but only by a few degrees. Cooler temperatures move back in by the end of next week as an area of low pressure begins to move into the region.
