BREEZY AND COOLER CONDITIONS THIS WEEKEND

Winds will start to kick-up this afternoon as a front passes through. There are wind advisories and high wind warnings to our North, but the Coachella Valley is not presently under either of those.

The front will usher in some cooler daytime highs for today and the weekend, accompanied by a modest Marine Layer to help cool off SoCal.

An area of low pressure will remain in place over the Pacific Northwest, dropping temps to below average numbers through the weekend.

Winds will be gustiest through the late afternoon and evening today, and calmer for tomorrow.

After posting a 110 degree high yesterday, the highs reflect more seasonal values through the weekend, and only modestly warmer into next week.
