Cloudy start to Thanksgiving ahead of a cool weekend

Traveling for Thanksgiving can be stressful. Thankfully, most of the country will avoid significant weather travel concerns.

If you're waking up early tomorrow morning for the annual Turkey Trot, you can look forward to cool morning temperatures and some relatively cloudy conditions. Clouds will clear throughout the day as temperatures rise into the mid to upper 70s.

A trough of low pressure will move across the U.S. later this week. This will bolster onshore flow and lead to some breezy conditions here on the valley floor. Some gusts could exceed 20mph.

Overall, a fantastic forecast is in store for the next week! It will be comfortable tomorrow for Thanksgiving. Keep in mind that temperatures can fall fairly quickly after sunset. This, combined with some breezy conditions, may prove to be on the chillier side for some. Temperatures will cool into the 60s this weekend before rising gradually next week.
