Warm temperatures continue this week

The wind will be fairly calm for much of this week. However, we are tracking the potential for some stronger breezes for the San Gorgonio Pass and High Desert on Wednesday. Winds on the valley floor may become breezy at times but will be mostly mild.

A ridge of high pressure is building over southern California. This is responsible for the slightly warmer and more stable temperatures. This ridge will peak for the second half of this week, with Thursday looking to be the warmest day.

Enjoy the warm weather this week! We can expect cloudier conditions to begin on Friday and for temperatures to begin cooling this weekend. There is a potential for some rain here in the desert on Sunday and Monday.
