Tracking mild weather with minor temperature changes

We made it halfway through the workweek! It's a lovely Wednesday here in the Coachella Valley as temperatures move a bit closer to the seasonal norm of 84°F. Despite this, it's still warmer than usual. We have the scattered upper-level clouds and light winds to thank for the cooler weather. This comes from a large system in the Pacific Northwest. However, this system will stay too far north to really have any impact on us.

Thursday will be fairly similar to today. Subtle warming moves back into the picture for Friday and this weekend. Expect highs in the low 90s for all of this weekend's Pride festivities. Looking a bit farther out, there is a bit more uncertainty. One thing we do know is that highs will remain above the seasonal average.

Conditions will remain mostly stable with mild, but warmer than usual, weather over the next week. Expect highs in the low 90s for all of this weekend's festivities. Next week might see a few extra clouds and some more moisture, but there remains a lot of uncertainty that far out.
