Palm Springs’ Cindy Zepeda wins desert’s first CIF State title in girls’ wrestling

Palm Springs High School senior Cindy Zepeda won the CIF State title in Girl’s Wrestling on Saturday. She competed in the 126 lb weight division. She becomes the first girl from the Coachella Valley to win a state title in wrestling.
