Roads closed in Palm Springs after multi vehicle accident knocks down power lines
Roads near downtown Palm Springs are closed after a multi-vehicle knocked down power lines.
The accident happened at a little past 4:00 pm near the intersection of S. Belardo Rd and W Arenas Rd.
Two or three vehicles were involved, no one was injured in the accident, according to Palm Springs police.
Streets between S Cahuilla Rd and W Arenas are affected, as is traffic from Lugo going into Arenas.
No word from Southern California Edison if anyone in the area has lost power at this time, stay with KESQ / CBS Local 2 for updates as the story continues to develop.
