Blowing sand forces road closures in Palm Springs
Both Gene Autry Trail and Indian Canyon Drive are closed at the wash in Palm Springs due to low visibility caused by blowing dust and sand.
Indian Canyon Drive was shut down yesterday morning, while Gene Autry Trail was closed late last night.
Vista Chino remains open. Alternative routes include Highway 111, Ramon Road and Dinah Shore Drive.
