Gang arrest made in La Quinta

Members of the Coachella Valley Violent Crime Gang Task Force (CVVGTF) made three arrests following a probation compliance check in La Quinta on Thursday afternoon. The home, designated as a ‘gang members residence’ on a CVVGTF news release, is located on the 52100 block of Avenida Rubio.

The arrest took place at approximately 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. A rifle was confiscated during the check.

Jonah Robinson, 27, was arrested for violation of parole and Michael Acordi, 32, was arrested for being a felon in possession of a firearm at the residence. During the compliance check, Task Force members obtained information on an associate of Robinson and Acordi, Keegan Saenz, 23, another documented gang member. Saenz, who resided on the 500 block of Rosa Parks road in Palm Springs, was later arrested for being in violation of his parole.

All three suspects were booked into Riverside County Jail in Indio.
