Hair salon in La Quinta closed after vehicle crashes into building

LA QUINTA, Calif. (KESQ) - Blonde Alibi in La Quinta remains closed after a vehicle crashed into its building Sunday morning.

The crash was reported just before 11:30 a.m. The business is located at 78370 Highway 111.

The Riverside County Sheriff's Office confirmed that there were no injuries reported. No arrests have been made. Deputies contacted the City of La Quinta and CalFire regarding the damage to the building.

According to a post on the Blonde Alibi Instagram page, the business is expected to reopen on Wednesday.

"Thankfully, everyone is okay, and the damage was minimal. We’ve had to reschedule a few appointments to allow time for cleanup and preparations, but we are happy to share that we will be reopening this Wednesday!," reads the post.

The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
