Warming trend continues this week
High pressure brought temperatures into the triple digits today, about 5° above seasonal average, and this is just the beginning of the warm-up.

Temperatures continue to climb the rest of the week, causing an Excessive Heat Warning to go into place from Noon Tuesday through 7 p.m. on Friday. Wednesday and Thursday look to be the warmest days of the week, with temperatures reaching up to 112°.
