Circus Vargas opens in Palm Desert

Circus Vargas is coming to town! The largest traveling American Big Top circus will be in Palm Desert from April 4-8.

According to circus officials, they are celebrating 50 years with a brand new production, paying homage to the golden era of circus. Circus Vargas is family owned and operated.

The circus is animal free, but you can see acts featuring death-defying acrobats, daredevils, aerialists, jugglers, contortionists, clowns, motorcycles, and more.

If you arrive 30 minutes early, you can enjoy pre-show entertainment. Officials say children can learn circus skills and mix and mingle with the performance staff before the show begins.
