Major road projects in Palm Desert to last through remainder of summer

Expect delays and allot extra time while commuting on Country Club Drive for the remainder of the summer.

Construction began Monday, July 8 due to the Line 4 Drainage project.

This project is rebuilding Tamarisk Row Drive and is affecting traffic between Frank Sinatra and Brisa Drive.

If you commute on Country Club Drive, note that westbound lanes are closed between Park Center Drive and Tamarisk Row Drive. Traffic is being diverted to one of the eastbound lanes.

Consider alternative routes like Fred Waring Drive, Hovley Lane East, and Interstate 10.

The Line 4 Drainage Project is also installing storm drains under Country Club Drive, Tamarisk Row Drive, and Eldorado Drive.
