July Coachella Valley Spotlight Recipient: Pegasus Therapeutic Riding

July’s Coachella Valley Spotlight recipient is Pegasus Therapeutic Riding.

Pegasus Therapeutic Riding’s mission is to bring joy to those with disabilities and challenges through equine-assisted programming.

The $25,000 grant from the H.N. and Frances C. Berger Foundation will be used to fund the cost of transportation for clients in the east valley, so they can participate in classes and activities with Pegasus Therapeutic Riding.

Programming at Pegasus is aimed at improving the physical and mental capabilities of students through muscle strengthening, balance, improvement of motor skills, and more.
