Winter storm is slow to exit Southern California
UPDATE:
The First Alert Weather Alert Day is no longer in effect.

A Winter Storm Warning will remain in effect until 10 p.m. for elevations above 3,500'. Additional accumulations of 2-4" are possible.
There was light snow falling once again this afternoon in the High Desert, along with some thunderstorm activity near SR-243. Precipitation will continue into the night with one final push looking to move from north to south between 11:00 p.m. - 1:00 a.m.
Snowfall has been steady and totals are still adding up. Here's a look at some reports as of this morning:

Highs return to the 70s this weekend along with a breezy west wind, 10-15 MPH. This Sunday is the beginning of Daylight Saving Time as we 'spring forward' one hour.
