Amtrak Train Hits Fire Truck

DETROIT – (WXYZ-TV) Emergency crews are on the scene of an accident involving an Amtrak train and a fire truck.The collision happened near John Kronk and Lonyo in southwest Detroit.No one on the train has been injured.Passengersare remainingon the train while an investigation is conducted. Action News spoke with one passenger on the train. Adam Ferris says the passengers felt a big bump. He says everyone on board is concerned andis wonderingwhen theywill be allowed off of the train.Train 353 left the station in Pontiac this morning around 10:40 a.m. and was headed to Ann Arbor, then Chicago.
