Explosive Device Goes Off In School

DETROIT – (WXYZ) – Hundreds of students have been evacuatedafter anexplosive device went off on the third floor of a school in southwest Detroit. All 540 students who attend Phoenix Multicultural Academy were evacuated andmoved to Roberto Clemente.Detroit Police say a student brought what’s called a Drano-bomb to school. It went off in the hallway on the third floor.The Detroit bomb squad removed the exploded device. No one was hurt, but police say itcould havebeen a very dangerous situation
