Coachella Man Arrested For Allegedly Exposing Himself To Children
A Coachella man is in custody, today, accused of exposing himself to children.
Police arrested 32-year-old Jose De Jesus Escatel.
Witnesses say they saw him exposing himself near fifth Street and Palm Avenue in Coachella on Monday morning.
Children were in the area, and on their way to Palm View and Bobby Duke Elementary Schools.
Escatel was gone by the time police arrived, but was arrested a short time later.
He was booked into the Riverside County Jail in Indio, accused of committing lewd acts in public.
