Motorcycle Crash Vicitim In Need Of Blood

The family of a motorcyclist seriously injured in a multiple-vehicle collision March 10 in Palm Desert has requested that blood donations be made in his honor to LifeStream.

Ed Mang is in the intensive care unit at Desert Regional Medical Center, Palm Springs, and his treatment has required a significant amount of transfused blood. Members of his family are staying at Hanson House, an on-site “home away from home” for families of Desert Regional patients.

The family asks that blood donations be designated to Hanson House.
