Woman loses control of car in Palm Desert

Today (October 10) at least one woman was injured after a car crashed into the wall of Jensen’s Minute Shoppe on Cook Street in Palm Desert. It happened around 10:30 am. A woman was driving south on Cook Street and ran a red light before losing control and crashing into the building. The driver also apparently hit a pick-up truck and another vehicle. One person was taken to the hospital.
