Pet owners will spend $(?) this year on Halloween

Here is something to howl about this Halloween! Pet owners are expected to spend $370 million dollars dressing up their pets this year according to the National Retail Federation. This is 20% more money than was spent on pet costumes last year even though there are about the same number of pets per household as last year. The tootsie roll is this years most popular costume.
